ModelPlayer™

The Physiomics ModelPlayer™ is a standalone application that runs our cell population models. It is used for internal model development, but a version is also available for outlicense to partners. One of its main applications is designing drug schedules and combination therapies.

The ModelPlayer™ incorporates a range of features, including:

• running single simulations
• multiple simulations from random starting points
• reading and saving data
• automatic model initialisation
• parameter scans
• sensitivity plots and heat maps
• parameter optimisation
• simulating and predicting the effects of drug schedules
• simulating and predicting drug combinations
